The website sets no cookies for tracking or analytics.

Forms

The volunteer application is sent by email to the festival's volunteer contact and is used only to follow up with you as a volunteer. The email address in the ticket notification is used only for news about the ticket release. Submissions pass through the form service listed above, which Flyd runs for the festival, and are not stored on the website. The data is deleted after the festival, or when you ask for it. The forms use a hidden honeypot field and simple rate limiting against spam; no cookies are set.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of data the festival holds about you by contacting us by email.
